Garage Project – Collegeville PA

Check out the home improvement project that we completed during the spring of 2016 in Collegeville, PA. This was a design and build project that started with the homeowner having some ideas and pictures. The goal was to create a home addition that would blend in and not look like an addition. The project entailed adding a 3-car garage with a 2nd-floor apartment for a family member. We also extended the existing laundry room into one of the existing garage bays. With all of the added space, we were able to lay out the laundry room with built-in lockers and cabinets around the washer and dryer.

While we were working on the project the client decided to remodel the 1st floor of the house to open the layout. They also wanted to update the flooring and kitchen. During the remodel, we added a gas fireplace and built-in bookshelves in their family room.
